Terms of Use

These terms cover the iOS app “Throwline” (the “app”) and this website. For the app downloaded from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies, including to the in-app purchase and the subscription. Where these terms and Apple’s EULA differ, Apple’s EULA applies.

1. What the app does

The app is a darts scoreboard. Players throw at their own board and enter each visit’s total; the app keeps the score for x01 games (301, 501 or 701, double out or straight out), shows checkout routes, and keeps stats per player and a scoresheet for every match. It also offers a checkout chart, a checkout trainer and a practice bot. It works without an account.

2. Scores and stats

• The app records the totals you enter. Scores, averages and stats are only as accurate as what is typed in.
• Checkout routes are suggestions computed by the app. Other routes may suit you better.
• The app is a scoring aid for social play and practice. It is not an official scoring system, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any darts organisation.

3. Free features and Throwline Pro

• Free: x01 scoring for up to four players, checkout routes on the scoreboard, the checkout chart, each match’s stats and scoresheet, and your last three matches in your stats.
• Throwline Pro: the practice bot, the checkout trainer, and stats across all your matches with the average trend.
• Throwline Pro is sold as an in-app purchase through the App Store, in two forms: Throwline Pro Lifetime and Throwline Pro Yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy ($14.99 and $9.99 on the US App Store; they may vary by country). There is no free trial.

4. Throwline Pro Lifetime

A one-time purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.

5. Throwline Pro Yearly (auto-renewing subscription)

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for another year ($9.99 a year on the US App Store) unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID’s subscription settings: on iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Throwline Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• If the price changes, Apple tells you before the change applies, and asks for your agreement where the law or Apple’s rules require it.

6. Restoring a purchase

On a new device, or after reinstalling, open Settings › Restore purchase in the app with the same Apple ID. Throwline Pro Lifetime is restored for good; Throwline Pro Yearly is restored while the subscription is active.

7. Refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, under Apple’s policies.

8. Intellectual property

The design, text and software of the app and this site belong to YozatApps. Do not copy, redistribute or sell them without permission. The checkout chart on this site may be printed and shared for personal use.

9. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the normal operation of the app or this website, and do not use them in breach of the law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, YozatApps is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the app, including the outcome of a match. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes and contact
