Privacy Policy
This privacy policy covers the iOS app “Throwline” (the “app”) and this website (throwline.yozatapps.com). Both are published by YozatApps. Contact: yozatapps@gmail.com.
1. No account: your matches stay on your device
The app works without an account or a login. The player names you type, your matches and scoresheets, stats, checkout trainer results and settings are stored only on your device and are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
2. Anonymous usage analytics
To improve the app, it sends anonymous usage events to our own backend on Google Firebase (project “yozatapps”). They contain:
- a random install identifier, created the first time the app opens
- events inside the app, such as which screens are opened and when a match or a training round starts and ends
- the app version, device type, iOS version, language and App Store country
- whether Throwline Pro is active and which plan, and for a purchase the product, price and currency
Player names, scores and match details are not part of these events. The events are tied to the random install identifier only, and there is no account to link them to. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts or advertising identifier (IDFA), and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. The app contains no third-party SDKs: no advertising, analytics or tracking libraries from other companies. If you have a request about this data or want it deleted, write to yozatapps@gmail.com.
3. Feedback
When you send feedback from the app (Settings › Send feedback), we receive the text you write, together with the app version, the language and the screen it was sent from. We receive no email address unless you type one into your message. We use feedback only to fix and improve the app.
4. Purchases
Throwline Pro (Lifetime or Yearly) is an in-app purchase handled by Apple. Payment details go to Apple, never to us. The app checks on your device, through Apple’s StoreKit, whether Throwline Pro is active.
5. No ads, no selling of data
The app has no ads. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.
6. Where the data is processed
The analytics events (section 2), feedback (section 3) and this website’s visit statistics (section 8) are stored and processed for us by Google LLC on Firebase (Google Cloud), in the United States. We keep them for as long as they help us improve the app, or until you ask us to delete them.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of data about you at yozatapps@gmail.com. Because the analytics are tied to a random install identifier and not to your name, tell us roughly when and on which device you used the app, or quote the feedback you sent, so we can find it. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority. Matches and stats on your device are deleted when you delete the app.
8. This website
To see which pages are useful, this website counts visits with our own anonymous statistics: the page viewed, which outgoing links are clicked (such as the App Store), the site you came from, your browser's language and time zone (used to estimate the country), screen size and device type. A random identifier kept in your browser's local storage tells a new visit from a returning one. No cookies are set, no IP address is stored, and nothing is shared with third parties or used for advertising. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes the identifier.
The fonts (Oswald and Archivo) are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page loads.
9. Children
Throwline is a general-audience app for darts players. It is not directed at children under 13 and asks for no personal details.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
